All Mervis cloud services are hosted in top-tier, certified data centers to ensure reliability and security:

• Faster (Primary location, Czech Republic) – ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
• vshosting – ISO 27001
• Vodafone – ISO 27001
• OVH (Backup location, France)

We prioritize efficiency and low operational overhead, allowing us to maintain competitive hosting prices for Mervis SCADA and Mervis DB.

Our infrastructure utilizes a hybrid of Windows and Linux operating systems. The core software applications are developed in-house, which eliminates third-party licensing fees and allows us to fine-tune performance specifically for SCADA and IoT workloads.

While we do not offer a formal SLA, our historical availability has consistently ranged between 99.5% and 99.95% annually over the last five years.

• Backup Cycle: Data is backed up every 24 hours.
• Redundancy: Backups are stored in two independent locations outside the primary data center.
• Critical Infrastructure: As a provider for state critical infrastructure projects, we regularly test data recovery procedures and system restoration capabilities.

We maintain a strict security posture to protect customer data:

• Encryption: Mervis SCADA and Mervis DB utilize HTTPS (Let’s Encrypt) for secure communication.
• Legacy Support: Unencrypted channels remain available for legacy BMS and control systems that lack encryption support, though secure connections are strongly recommended.
• Audits & Updates: We perform regular server updates and undergo penetration testing to ensure compliance with security standards required by critical infrastructure clients.
