The Mervis Portal is the central administration interface for managing your organization's access to Mervis SCADA. Use this section to configure users, projects, and security settings for your entire domain.

• Introduction – An overview of the Portal interface, including how to log in securely and use multi-factor authentication.
• Manage Domain – Configure global settings for your organization's main domain, such as contact details and administration preferences.
• Subdomains – Organize your projects and users into a hierarchical structure (useful for separating different branches, customers, or locations).
• Projects – Create, rename, or delete SCADA projects. Use this page to manage the list of sites or technologies available in your account.
• Users – Create and manage individual user accounts. You can reset passwords, update contact information, and block or unblock access here.
• Groups – Organize users into groups (e.g., “Admins”, “Technicians”) to assign permissions efficiently to many people at once.
• Datanodes – Manage the connections between your physical devices (PLCs, IoT sensors) and the Mervis cloud.
• Database Profiles – Configure how and where your project's historical data is stored and archived.
• Permissions – Set detailed access rights to control exactly which users or groups can view, edit, or control specific projects and data points.
