Simple User Management

Simplified user management allows users with sufficient permissions to manage users and their access to projects within their user domain.

Note: These management tools are accessible only from the Data Overview screen. If you have enabled the feature in settings but do not see the icon, ensure you are currently viewing your data dashboard and not the system settings.

First, you must enable access to user management in the global settings.

Once enabled, navigate to the Data Overview screen. A new menu dropdown for user management and user permissions will appear in the top toolbar under the gear/user icon.

Tip: If your interface appears in a different language (e.g., Czech) and you would like to change it, this can be adjusted within your User settings under the Language option.

• Manage an existing user
• Change password

• Ability to add/remove permissions for the current (opened) project
