Alarm Notifications

A user can set up alarm notifications under their account for individual alarm data points, a group of points, or an entire project.

If you do not see the option for user management in the menu: Simple User Management

First, you need to enter the phone number or email address in user management.

Then, select the desired data points and open the “Alarm Notification” option.

The notification settings offer the following options:

• Type: Project, Path (Group of data points), Data point
• Delay: The delay in sending an alarm notification after an alarm occurs in Mervis
• Transitions: Occurrence, Reset (transition from alarm to OK state)
• Message: A predefined message (an example can be found here Alarmové SMS
• Channels: SMS, Email
• ID

After setting up, an icon will appear in Mervis, indicating the activated data points, group of points, or the entire project.
