Alarm Notifications
A user can set alarm notifications for individual alarm data points, a group of points, or an entire project under their account.
First, you must fill in the telephone number and possibly an email address in user management.
Then, select the desired data points and open the “Alarm Notification” option.
The following options are available in the notification settings.
- Type: Project, Path (Group of Data Points), Data Point
- Delay in sending alarm notification after the alarm occurs in Mervis
- Transitions: Occurrence, Drop-off (transition from alarm to OK state)
- Message: Predefined message (example found here Alarm SMS
- Channels: SMS, Mail
- ID
After setting up, an icon will appear in Mervis indicating the activated data points, group of points, or the entire project.
