This guide covers the features and operation of the Mervis SCADA web interface. It is designed to help end-users monitor systems, analyze data, and manage alarms. Please note that this is an operator's guide and does not cover technical hardware installation or PLC programming.
Here is a guide to the available pages in this section:
Table View – A complete list of all data points (sensors and values) in your project. Use this to view current status, change settings, or control devices directly.
Datapoint Info – View detailed information for a single selected item. This window shows the specific properties and current value of any point you select.
Schema View – A visual diagram of your technology (like a floor plan or schematic). You can interact with the image to control devices or see their status in real-time.
Graphs – Visualize your data over time. Use graphs to compare different values, spot trends, or check historical performance.
Weather Data – Add local weather information to your graphs. This helps you compare your system's performance against outside conditions like temperature.
Alarms – A central list of all alerts and warnings. Check this page to see active problems, view history, and confirm (acknowledge) that you have seen an issue.
Alarm Notifications – Set up automatic alerts via Email or SMS. This ensures you are notified immediately when specific alarms or events occur.
Alarm SMS – Learn how to receive alarm details via text message and how to acknowledge them remotely by replying with a simple code.
System Menu – Access general system tools. Here you can view the event log, change your password, switch themes, or adjust sound settings.
Favourite Data Points – Create a personal list of the items you check most often. This gives you quick access to important values without searching through the whole project.
Project Management – Administrative tools for updating your project files, backing up your data, or restarting the project.
Simple User Management – Manage who can access the system. Use this to create user accounts, change passwords, and control which projects each user is allowed to see.
Overview Panel – A dashboard summary that shows the health of all your projects in one place (e.g., number of active alarms or connection status).
Languages – Change the language of the Mervis
SCADA interface to suit your preference.
