Critical Installation Warnings

1. Avoid Program Files

Issue: Windows UAC prevents RcWare from running correctly in protected folders.
Solution: Install to a root directory (e.g., `C:\RcWare\`). DO NOT use `C:\Program Files\`.

2. Windows 11 & Windows 10 (Update KB5011048)

Issue: .NET 4 version crashes on startup or communication.
Solution: Use the .NET 1.1 version. Download .NET 1.1 Repository.
Note: Uninstall `RcWare Extensions 4.0.17` before switching to .NET 1.1.
Troubleshooting: If .NET 1.1 won't install, see this RegSvcs.exe fix.
