Database Profiles

Here you can create a new database profile within your domain. A database profile is used to store data from the data source to which it is assigned. Currently, only the MervisDB database is supported. To create a profile, you need to know the API URL of the relevant MervisDB instance. Profiles are created exclusively within the Mervis SCADA portal. For full functionality, a user with the same username and password must exist in the corresponding MervisDB instance.

• Profile Name – name of the database profile
• Username – username for accessing the database profile (must exist in MervisDB)
• Password – password for accessing the database profile
• Database URL – API URL path to the MervisDB instance (https://kb.mervis.info/doku.php/cs:mervis-db:10-api)
