Here you can assign rights to users and groups for the entire domain, meaning for all projects within the domain.

==== Change Scada permissions ====

This dialog allows you to set application-level permissions for **all** projects within the domain.  
  * **View** – view access to all projects  
  * **Control** – control access. Buttons are active. It is possible to set schedules  
  * **Manage** – allows uploading and restarting of projects

==== Change Domain permissions ====

Here you can assign rights to users and groups for managing users.  
  * **Manage** – allows creating, editing, and deleting users. This permission also allows assigning users to individual projects.

**To log in and work in the Mervis Portal – Administration, a user must be authorized for both user domain management (*Manage Domain*) and full Scada project management in the given domain (*Manage Scada*).**
