**Mervis Proxy** service can be used for reliable communication with Mervis powered controllers without a public IP address, port forwarding etc.

===== What you need to use the service =====

To be able to use Mervis Proxy (proxy.mervis.info) you need a ProxyID or name and password - usually supplied by the manufacturer of your system. If you have not received one then please contact our [[:en:help:support|technical support]].
